Job summary

TALENT LINK SOLUTION is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee daily business operations across logistics, inventory, customer fulfilment, and warehouse coordination at its Singapore hub. You will partner with sales, customer service, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.

• Coordinate daily customer orders, deliveries, relocations
• Ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule
• Monitor job status and proactively resolve operational issues
• Plan and optimize delivery routes
• Coordinate with delivery teams and third-party logistics partners
• Manage delivery schedules and maximize vehicle utilization
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock availability and furniture condition
• Serve as the operational point of contact for customers and resolve operational enquiries professionally
• Liaise with suppliers, movers, installers, and repair vendors
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
