Job summary

Pan-United Corporation Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Operations Executive in Singapore to keep daily operations and logistics running smoothly.

You will coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and work closely with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include monitoring orders, planning delivery schedules, overseeing stock levels and asset tracking, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters relating to operation assistants, drivers and storemen.
• Monitor daily orders, plan delivery schedules and follow up on delivery-related issues.
• Oversee daily stock inventory levels and accuracy.
• Keep track of company assets such as trucks, tanks and spare parts.
• Review maintenance costs and monitor truck downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage incident reporting.
• Apply for required safety licences for trucks and tanks with relevant authorities.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operational flows between customers and the warehouse.
• Establish good rapport and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Ensure warehouse inventory controls are in place, including stock takes and cycle count schedules.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and monitor manpower requirements.
