Job summary

SANKYU (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safe storage, and maintain housekeeping while meeting performance targets.

You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate with operations teams and clients, and participate in stock counts and KPI reviews. Candidates with 3+ years in warehousing and a forklift license have an advantage; immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in SCM/Logistics or related field; diploma holders with relevant experience welcome.
• Minimum 3 years in warehousing and supervisory roles.
• Forklift license advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with operations teams and clients.
• Able to commence immediately or on short notice.
• Willing to work OT and rotating night shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines.
• Manage and support warehouse assistants ensuring they are trained and adhering to company policies.
• Plan warehouse operations.
• Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock count.
• Attending customer KPI meetings.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 3PL background and possess a forklift license will be advantageous.
• Minimum3 years in warehousing & supervisory experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with operations teams and clients.
• Excellent in managing clients' expectations.
• Able to commence immediately or on short notice is preferred.
• Comfortable for working additional hours (OT), occasional shift flexibility needed.
• Able to work on rotating night shift.

Work Arrangement: 5.5 days
