Job summary

S.F. Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily logistics workflows, including inbound, outbound and warehousing activities in Singapore. You will report bottlenecks to the Project Manager and ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time.

You will analyze processes, propose SOPs, prepare monthly KPI reports, and collaborate with warehousing and transport teams to meet client deliverables, while ensuring MOM safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain.
• Experience in warehouse operation.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics workflows (inbound/outbound/warehousing) and report bottlenecks to the Project Manager.

• Oversee daily logistics workflows (inbound/outbound/warehousing) to ensure seamless execution, reporting any bottlenecks to the Project Manager immediately.
• Coordinate and guide operations staff daily, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time. Act as the primary escalation point for ground staff before involving the Project Manager.
• Monitor operational processes and suggest improvements to the Project Manager to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service quality.
• Manage and resolve operational disruptions (e.g., transport delays, system errors), providing on-the-ground solutions to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure internal alignment on client deliverables.
• Compile monthly KPI reports (efficiency, staff output, service levels) for the Project Manager's review, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
• Identify best practices and propose new SOPs to the Project Manager for implementation across the operations team.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with MOM regulations and workplace safety standards; report any incidents to the PM for formal documentation.
• Provide operational support to the Project Manager on special projects, data analysis, and client reporting as required.
