Randstad Enterprise Singapore seeks a Talent Advisor specializing in sourcing to support our Semiconductor organization RPO account on a 6-month contract. The role is based in our client's Singapore Office and will be full onsite.

You will source and engage high-quality candidates, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring needs in a fast-paced tech environment. CEI certification is welcomed or pursued.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong direct sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience recruiting within the technology industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research.
• Track sourcing activities and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
