Job summary

Raise Business Solutions Singapore PTE LTD. is hiring an Onsite Recruiter to join our client team at a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Tampines.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and blue-collar roles, from proactive sourcing to candidate assessment, partnering with hiring managers to keep the pipeline moving. The role requires sourcing locally, coordinating assessment sessions, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment
• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume hiring
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Proactive sourcing and pipeline management
• Local hiring considerations in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Source candidates proactively through local networks, career fairs and channels.
• Screen and assess candidates for manufacturing and blue-collar roles.
• Coordinate and run assessment sessions (practical/technical).
• Write clear candidate evaluation summaries for hiring managers.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate and requisition records.
• Serve as daily point of contact for hiring managers on progress
