Job summary

EPOS is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract in Singapore. You will own end-to-end recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and prioritise roles across business and corporate functions.

You will proactively source candidates, screen for fit and culture, and build a strong talent pipeline while guiding offers and negotiations. This role requires managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, in-house or agency.
• Strong sourcing to engage active and passive candidates.
• Confident communicator with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ownership and urgency.
• Familiar with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable).
• Available to commit to a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer and pre-onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and priorities.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates to assess fit and motivation.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interview processes and gather feedback.
• Provide market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS/Workable.
• Promote Employee Referral Programme.
• Assist with reference checks and pre-employment documents.
• Support TA/HR reporting and initiatives.
