Randstad Enterprise Singapore seeks a Talent Advisor specializing in sourcing to support our Semiconductor organization RPO account on a 6-month contract. The role is based in our client's Singapore Office and will be full onsite.

You will source and engage high-quality candidates, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring needs in a fast-paced tech environment. CEI certification is welcomed or pursued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong direct sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience recruiting within the technology industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Are you our next Talent Advisor ready to join our Randstad Enterprise?

Join our team at Randstad Enterprise in our Semiconductor organization RPO account on an initial 6-month contract, as a Sourcing Specialist based in our client's Singapore Office, which will be full onsite working model. You will play a pivotal role in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) account and work alongside our high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Conduct market mapping and talent research
• Track sourcing activities and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing process

About You

• Previous experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
• Strong direct sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Experience recruiting within the technology industry is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• CEI certification (or willingness to obtain, if required)
