PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join an on-site project in Changi Business Park. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of technology recruitment experience and can manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

You will source candidates, screen and coordinate interviews, and work with the TA/HRBP Lead to meet hiring timelines. Salary is SGD 3,000–3,500 per month with potential for contract renewal or conversion.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of technology recruitment experience.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the TA team.

• Manage sourcing activities for technology positions.
• Review and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support recruitment requirements and hiring timelines with TA/HRBP Lead.
• Post and manage job advertisements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Meet monthly sourcing and recruitment KPIs.
