Job summary

Orion Group Life Sciences in Singapore is recruiting a Site Services Technician to provide hands-on on-site IT support for employees, contractors, and partners. You will manage end-user devices, onboarding and offboarding, and support meeting rooms and executive events, acting as smart hands for BTS teams when needed.

The role follows ITSM processes, maintains runbooks and documentation, and ensures secure, reliable support across the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience providing deskside or end-user IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows devices and peripherals.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with asset tracking, device deployment, and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hands-on IT support to employees, contractors, and partners.
• Manage end-user devices, assets, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support meeting rooms and executive events; assist with AV setups and troubleshooting.
• Act as smart hands for infrastructure BTS teams and escalate as needed.
• Maintain local IT runbooks, site knowledge, and support documentation.
• Handle incidents and service requests in ServiceNow; ensure timely updates.
