Job summary

NUSANTARA PRIME CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our onsite team in Singapore.

You will resolve Windows and peripheral issues, manage devices, and support onboarding, offboarding, and asset lifecycle processes with precision and compliance. You will collaborate with Service Desk, BTS teams, and vendors to ensure smooth conference room AV, meeting support, and site operations, while maintaining runbooks and security practices in a fast-paced corporate

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience providing deskside or end-user IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows devices, peripherals, and standard workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with asset tracking, device deployment, and lifecycle support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users, peers, leadership, and vendors.
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain documentation, and work within compliance requirements.
• Willing to work in Tuas.

Responsibilities

• End-User Device Support including Windows laptops/desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Asset and Inventory Management including local inventory, asset records, audits, and lifecycle activities.
• Onboarding and Offboarding including first-day setup and deprovisioning upon exits.
• Meeting, Event, and Executive Support including AV setup and troubleshooting.
• Smart Hands for Infrastructure Teams acting as onsite physical support for network/server/telecom teams.
• Local IT Administration including runbooks, space security, and site documentation.
• Ticket and Service Management using ServiceNow with proper notes and time entries.
• Collaboration and Escalation with Service Desk, BTS teams, regional leaders, and vendors; maintain updates.
• Compliance, Safety, Security including training, data protection, and audit-ready documentation.
