You will follow ITSM, asset and change processes, maintain local runbooks, and work with BTS teams as smart hands for infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting, asset tracking, and a service-minded approach are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of deskside or end-user IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS devices and peripherals.
• Effective communication with users, peers, leadership, and vendors.
• Customer service mindset and professionalism.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain documentation within compliance requirements.
