Job summary

Anter Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Site Services Technician II to join the Site Services team for a 12-month, office-hours contract providing on-site IT support to employees, contractors and business partners.

The role includes troubleshooting Windows devices, managing asset lifecycles in ServiceNow, supporting AV for meetings and events, and coordinating vendor services while ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT services experience providing deskside or end-user support in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows devices, peripherals and standard workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with asset tracking, device deployment and lifecycle support.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain documentation in compliance with security, EHS, GMP and GxP.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows laptops and desktops, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Perform hardware repairs, replacements and coordinate warranty/service with vendors.
• Reimage, upgrade, configure, retire and dispose of devices per procedures.
• Maintain local inventory and update asset records in ServiceNow.
• Support first-day setup for new joiners and asset recovery on offboarding.
• Provide AV and conferencing room support for meetings and events.
• Onsite support for Network/Server/Telecom teams as needed.
• Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow following change processes.
• Document runbooks and support local IT projects like moves and hardware refreshes.
• Adhere to security, EHS, GMP and GxP procedures in regulated environments.
• Lead or assist Level II incidents and guide junior colleagues on local projects.
