Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.

Seeking proactive and customer-focused Resident IT Operations Engineer to provide onsite IT operational support. The candidate will be responsible for end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, and overall day-to-day IT infrastructure support. This role requires an individual who enjoys solving technical problems, working closely with business users, and coordinating with regional technical teams to ensure stable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users
