Job summary

JAC Recruitment PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 in Singapore.

The role involves handling incidents, managing user accounts, and performing PowerShell-based automation as part of daily operations. You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and document resolutions. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, familiarity with ITSM tools, and solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 fundamentals,

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 fundamentals and support operations.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience supporting global users and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365.
• Handle incidents and service requests, perform initial troubleshooting and escalation.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and configuration changes.
• Perform operational tasks for M365 using PowerShell (e.g., administration, verification, routine tasks automation).
• Create and manage tickets, document troubleshooting steps and resolutions using ITSM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and FAQs.
