Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in contingent workforce management, workforce operations, procurement HR ops or program management.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite contact for Extended Workforce activities in Singapore.
• Manage end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle: requisition, onboarding, assignment management, extensions, conversions, offboarding.
• Monitor fulfillment performance, demand, onboarding readiness, and risks.
• Provide issue resolution and escalation management for workforce matters.
• Partner with suppliers and leaders to ensure high-quality delivery.
