Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the full lifecycle of the contingent workforce requisition process in Singapore. This role emphasizes compliance, quality, and timely delivery of talent, with a 12-month contract in mind.

The candidate will coordinate intake, onboarding, assignment tracking, and offboarding while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 2-4 years of talent sourcing or contingent workforce management experience.
• Experience with SAP Fieldglass, SAP, Tableau, and VMS/MSP platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contingent workforce hiring process including requisition intake, candidate shortlisting, onboarding, assignment tracking, and offboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams through regular communication and support.
• Track program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely reporting and escalation of critical issues.
• Partner with IT, HR, Business Intelligence, and other operational teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support onsite activities including interviews, testing, badging, and network access. Address and escalation issues as needed.
• Collaborate with staffing vendors to ensure alignment with program goals and participate in training and development initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 2-4 years of talent sourcing or contingent workforce management experience
