Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Program Specialist - Extended Workforce to act as a strategic operations partner. You will coordinate providers and suppliers, manage regional workforce initiatives, and drive program transformation with limited day-to-day direction.

Role emphasizes independent problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and leveraging AI/digital tools to streamline work processes across SE Asia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in contingent workforce management, HR operations, vendor management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting transformation, change management, or process-excellence initiatives.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, or digital technologies to improve productivity and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and internal stakeholders on extended workforce policies, processes, and operational matters.
• Independently investigate and resolve complex operational queries, identifying when escalation or broader stakeholder alignment is required.
• Coordinate with vendor - managed service provider to resolve issues, improve service quality, and strengthen supplier compliance.
• Manage program administration and controls, including vendor due diligence, documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
• Create clear and engaging communications for internal stakeholders, managed service providers, and suppliers.
• Support regional projects, process changes, market transitions, audits, and technology implementations from planning through completion.
• Prepare reports and insights on operational performance, supplier compliance, risks, and program outcomes.
• Use AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline recurring work, improve accuracy, and create more efficient ways of working.
