Qualifications

• 10+ years in contingent workforce management or related field.
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives and change management.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving for leaders.
• Experience with MSPs, staffing suppliers, VMS, or HR systems.
• Strong program coordination: timelines, governance, docs.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country programs.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal stakeholders on extended workforce policies, processes, and operational matters.
• Independently investigate and resolve complex operational issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Partner with managed service providers and suppliers to improve service quality, compliance, and operational outcomes.
• Manage program administration, governance controls, due diligence activities, and documentation.
• Develop clear and effective communications for stakeholders, service providers, and suppliers.
• Support regional projects, process improvements, audits, workforce transitions, and technology implementations.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports on workforce performance, compliance, risks, and program effectiveness.
• Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall ways of working.
