Job summary

Raise is building its Singapore onsite team to support a major global semiconductor manufacturer in the East Region. The Contractor Success Executive will own relationships with contingent workers, from onboarding through contract completion, ensuring proactive care and swift issue resolution.

The role requires at least two years in candidate care or HR coordination, with English communication and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in candidate care, employee relations, HR coordination, or customer success.
• Ideally holds CEI certificate or willing to obtain it.
• Strong people skills: patient, warm, active listener.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship point for contingent workers across full lifecycle.
• Conduct regular check-ins to gauge satisfaction and reduce attrition.
• Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Build rapport and maintain open communication with workers.
