Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in contingent workforce management, HR operations, vendor management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting transformation, change management, or process-excellence initiatives.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, or digital technologies to improve productivity and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and internal stakeholders on extended workforce policies, processes, and operational matters.
• Independently investigate and resolve complex operational queries, identifying when escalation or broader stakeholder alignment is required.
• Coordinate with vendor - managed service provider to resolve issues, improve service quality, and strengthen supplier compliance.
• Manage program administration and controls, including vendor due diligence, documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
• Create clear and engaging communications for internal stakeholders, managed service providers, and suppliers.
• Support regional projects, process changes, market transitions, audits, and technology implementations from planning through completion.
• Prepare reports and insights on operational performance, supplier compliance, risks, and program outcomes.
• Use AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline recurring work, improve accuracy, and create more efficient ways of working.

This is a 12-month contract role under Optimum Solutions.

This role supports our client, a leading Southeast Asian superapp that offers a wide range of services, including mobility, food delivery, and digital payments.

We are looking for an independent and resourceful Senior Program Specialist - Extended Workforce, who enjoys solving operational challenges and making work simpler through technology.

You will serve as a trusted operational partner to internal stakeholders, coordinate providers and suppliers, and support regional workforce initiatives. You will have the autonomy to manage your portfolio, identify priorities, and move work forward without requiring detailed day-to-day direction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how work gets done, wants exposure to regional operations, stakeholder advisory, vendor management, analytics, and program transformation, and is curious about new technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes with limited supervision.
• Experience advising stakeholders and resolving operational issues that require sound judgement and structured problem-solving.
• Experience working with managed service providers, staffing suppliers, vendor management systems, or HR systems.
• Strong program coordination skills, including maintaining ownership, documentation, timelines, and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate it into practical insights and recommendations.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country workforce programs, including supplier governance and due diligence.
