PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Extended Workforce Onsite Specialist to be the main onsite partner for our contingent workforce program in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end lifecycle management, governance, and process improvements across HR,Legal, Finance, and operations to ensure compliant, high-quality workforce delivery.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management or related fields.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence across multiple functions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for Extended Workforce activities in Singapore.
• Manage end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Monitor performance, demand, onboarding readiness, and risks; resolve issues.
• Lead training for Hiring Managers on policies, systems, governance.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement and IT on workforce initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; support audits.
