GREENBEEN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an onsite IT support specialist to provide first- and second-level support during a defined cover period. The role focuses on VIP users, including traders, and coordinating with technology teams to safeguard daily business continuity.

You will act as the onsite contact for L1/L2 incidents, troubleshoot desktop and Windows issues, assist with trading-application incidents, and maintain complete handovers following security procedures.

Qualificações

• Hands-on onsite desktop-support experience.
• Experience supporting VIP users, executives or traders in a time-sensitive environment.
• Good technical trouble shooting and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and escalate appropriately.
• Availability for the full assignment from 1 December 2026 to 4 January 2027.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the onsite contact for L1 and L2 end-user incidents and service requests throughout the agreed assignment.
• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware, Windows, software and peripheral issues and coordinate escalation where required.
• Support VIP users and traders with clear updates, prompt issue assessment and effective prioritisation.
• Assist with trading-application incidents within the desktop-support remit and engage specialist application teams for deeper issues.
• Keep support records and hand overs complete and follow agreed security and service procedures.
