Job summary

Advantech Co. Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to combine engineering knowledge with customer engagement and drive digital sales through online channels.

You will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, present solutions, manage orders in CRM, and collaborate with sales and marketing to grow the online customer pipeline. A Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 2 years of corporate sales experience in Industrial PC/Embedded Computing/IoT are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of corporate sales experience in Industrial PC/Embedded Computing/Industrial IoT.
• Strong technical aptitude and good business acumen.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Prepare and present quotations with suitable products and technical solutions.
• Conduct product presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value.
• Follow up on quotations and coordinate orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactively drive lead generation, prospecting, and account management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support online campaigns and expand the customer pipeline.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, project pipeline, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
