TYCO Fire & Building Products Asia PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer in Singapore to support customers by identifying needs and offering standard and tailored solutions and services.

You will collaborate with sales, customer service, product management and technical teams to ensure proposals meet standards and specifications. You will manage client inquiries, build relationships across all levels, handle quotations, and maintain a robust Salesforce-based opportunity pipeline while

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or relevant engineering studies preferred.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Independent worker with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce and MS Office.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing technical information.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and coordinate sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Interact with customers, partners and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Explain technical capabilities and commercial viability to clients.
• Track opportunities in Salesforce and maintain an accurate pipeline.
• Contribute to strategic sales planning and reporting.
