Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Online Customer Experience Manager for Channel Sales in Singapore. The role focuses on building strong relationships with Apple account managers and regional channel partners to deliver best-in-class CX and accelerate online sales.

You will shape the regional eCommerce strategy, identify growth opportunities, and work with partners to set up high-quality online stores across partner.com and marketplaces, while tracking performance and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce CX or customer experience design.
• Strong relationship-building with channel partners and large accounts.
• Understanding of online retail marketplaces and storefront optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Apple account managers and channel partners.
• Contribute to Apple regional eCommerce strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Help partners set up outstanding online stores (partner.com or shop-in-shop on marketplaces).
• Study market trends and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement regional improvement programs to uplift online CX.
• Collaborate with Sales to prioritize online capability improvements for partners.
