Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to support the global commercial sales team from Singapore. The role focuses on inside sales, customer service and technical support to ensure smooth order processing and responsive service.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations and Engineering to discuss product information, sales goals and inter-departmental coordination. The position also involves managing S&OP for Singapore, preparing detailed reports, maintaining customer data

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business and/or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of inside sales, marketing support or customer service experience.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and with cross functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task within a deadline driven environment.
• Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and producing high-quality work.
• Customer relationship skills with the ability to convey feedback internally.
• Analytical skills to generate sales reports, update forecasts and maintain customer records.
• Computer literacy with advanced level experience using Microsoft Office Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial sales team globally through inside sales, customer service and technical support.
• Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve issues and follow-up on inquiries by phone and email.
• Process customer orders, confirm delivery dates, coordinate changes, and respond to expedite requests for external customers.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations and Engineering teams to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
• Manage and coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Singapore.
• Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports containing relevant information on customers, territories, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage and maintain a database of customer records and customer pricing.
• Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts.
• Prepare and track sales quotations and maintain the sales pipeline spreadsheet.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to assist with product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Manage customer service activities by processing orders, forms, applications, and samples requests.
• Participate in special projects, tradeshows and perform additional duties as required.
