5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an APAC Business Manager Specialty to steer regional operations across Singapore and Shanghai, aligning channel partner support, consumer relations, and back-office processes with global best practices.

The role requires 2+ years in operations leadership within a fast-paced, global service organisation, and a strong ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures across regions.

Formación

• BA/BS degree plus 2 years or MA/MS/MBA plus 2 years experience, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of operations experience in running a fast-paced global service organisation with cross-region impact.
• Proven ability to lead teams with global responsibility and programs with global impact.
• Understanding of diverse markets and cultural nuances across regions (Japan, Asia-Pacific, EMEA, Americas).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional team of Senior Managers based in Singapore and Shanghai.
• Set strategic direction for Channel Partner Support, Customer Relations Support and regional back office operations.
• Develop collaborative relationships with regional peers in the United States and Ireland to ensure global consistency.
• Drive efficiency using KPIs and control costs; identify focus areas to mitigate exceptions.
• Provide regular operational reporting and execute action plans for improvements, briefing executives on health of the business.
• Develop scorecards for key partners to communicate cross-functional interdependencies and educate leaders.
