Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Regional Head of Ecommerce to lead and scale our online fashion business across APAC.

You will optimize organizational structures, grow digital sales, and partner with global Ecommerce Manager to enhance omnichannel customer experience. You will manage digital marketing budget, drive direct revenue channels (email, paid search, affiliates, paid social), develop expansion strategies, and lead a regional team from recruitment to performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in ecommerce leadership within fashion or retail.
• Direct line management experience, including remote team leadership.
• Strong sales focus and passion for digital retail.
• Expertise across core digital channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates).
• Budget management and P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Optimize organizational and operational structures to increase digital selling and total selling.
• Grow the digital business and develop expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with global Ecommerce Manager and business development to improve omnichannel customer experience.
• Manage the regional digital marketing budget and spend effectiveness to secure online growth.
• Provide local insights and gather information to develop the digital business.
• Coordinate and drive digital business development projects.
• Lead and develop your team through selection, performance, reward, and development.
• Manage performance marketing channels such as Paid Social and Affiliate accounts, budgeting & forecasting.
• Drive strategy with local teams for channels including email, paid search, affiliates, display, and paid social.
