Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to lead the launch, maintenance and evolution of its e-commerce websites in Singapore. The role requires managing the end-to-end e-commerce landscape, troubleshooting production issues, and planning software upgrades to meet business needs.

You will own full P&L for e-commerce channels and collaborate across Marketing, Retail Operations and Merchandising to drive customer acquisition and growth through SEO/SEM and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field (preferably with specialization in Digital Marketing).
• 1-3 years of e-commerce operation experience in Retail, FMCG, Agency or marketplace.
• Proven track record of e-commerce business growth.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for e-commerce channels.
• Formulate and execute e-commerce strategies.
• Lead projects with Marketing, Retail Operations and Merchandising.
• Develop and operate online platforms including daily operations and customer service.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive online campaigns and acquire customers.
