5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an E-commerce Business Analyst to drive insights by connecting customer, sales, web analytics and logistics data to optimize omni-channel decisions.

In this full-time role based in Singapore, you will plan, forecast and follow up on selling in sales markets together with commercial leads, delivering actionable insights to drive profitable net sales and an improved customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of e-commerce experience preferred
• University degree in Business, Economics or Fashion
• Proven e-commerce knowledge
• Strong analytical skills that translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Drive net sales and day-to-day operations in e-com markets
• Understand sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis
• Identify opportunities and threats based on sales/customer impact
• Deliver insights to sales and other stakeholders to optimize profitability
• Coordinate with regional teams to align with the regional strategy
• Drive commercial activations with a focus on cost and logistics considerations
• Set weekly/daily sales plans with the e-com sales market manager
• Provide analytical support to the team and improve operating templates
