Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Administration or HR or related field.

• Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes and Day 1 orientation.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and access requirements.
• Verify employment and statutory documents for compliance.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Provide timely advice on work pass and onboarding matters.
• Reconcile work pass and pre-employment billing.
• Drive automation and process improvements for onboarding workflows.
