Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Support professional in Singapore to manage onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and work pass processes. The role emphasizes compliance with local regulations and accurate HR records.

You will handle onboarding, screenings, offer letters, and post-employment checks while coordinating with HR partners. This is a 1-year contract with standard office hours at Raffles Place.

Qualifications

• Onboarding administration and employee life cycle management.
• Knowledge of local Singapore employment regulations.
• Data accuracy and HRIS record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and ensure prompt and smooth execution of employee life cycle activities, adhering to local regulations and company policies.
• Manage onboarding administration including screenings and offer letters.
• Initiate post-employment screenings and highlight discrepancies to HRBPs.
• Manage staff movements including transfers, secondments, conversions, re-employment and cessation of employment.
• Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and dependents.
• Uphold data management practices with accurate HR records.
• Respond timely to employees and stakeholders.
• Support ex-staff reference checks.
• Any other duties or projects assigned.
