Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to handle end-to-end Work Permit (WP) applications, renewals, cancellations and related MOM submissions.

You will also provide HR administrative support for onboarding, transfers and offboarding while maintaining accurate employee records. The role requires 1–2 years of HR experience, familiarity with Singapore employment practices and work pass procedures, and the ability to liaise with authorities and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on Work Permit / MOM processing experience.
• Familiar with Singapore employment practices and work pass procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Work Permit (WP) applications, renewals, cancellations and related MOM submissions.
• Manage work pass documentation and ensure timely submission and follow-up with relevant authorities.
• Provide HR administrative support for employee onboarding, transfers, confirmations and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems and documentation.
• Liaise with employees, government authorities and internal departments on work pass and HR-related matters.
• Prepare HR letters, forms, reports and other employment-related documents.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
