Job summary

INTELLISTRIDE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an IoT Support Engineer to provide on-site, 24/7 ready support for IoT and RFID at customer facilities. You will handle installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in shift rotations to ensure high uptime and performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with IoT, RFID, networking, and edge devices, plus strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Experience with on-site IoT/RFID deployments and maintenance.
Familiarity with basic IP networking and edge devices.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain IoT and RFID devices on-site.
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues.
Support deployment, installation, and upgrades per standards.
Perform preventive maintenance and firmware updates.
Monitor dashboards and respond to incidents to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with remote engineers and project teams on-site actions.
Document incidents, root causes, and changes in systems.
Support site tests, PoCs, and system expansions.
Provide on-the-floor guidance to operations staff.
Adhere to safety, security, and site policies.
