THE GALLUP ORGANIZATION (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an IT support specialist to be the sole technology representative in our office, delivering world-class end-user support and ensuring workplace technology operates seamlessly to empower associates to do their best work.

You will manage meeting room technology, support Windows and Mac devices, coordinate new associate setup and collaborate with Gallup's global technology teams to keep services reliable and events running

Qualifications

ITE certification or higher in IT or related field; relevant experience acceptable.
At least two years' on-site or deskside technical support experience.
Experience supporting Windows, macOS, laptops and mobile devices.
Experience with meeting room tech and AV/conferencing (Teams/Zoom).
Familiarity with IT service management or ticketing platforms (ServiceNow preferred).

Responsibilities

Deliver responsive walk-up, deskside and remote technical support for Gallup associates, visitors and clients.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts and M365 in Windows; support Apple devices as needed.
Coordinate tech setup for new associates including device prep and asset tracking.
Maintain Singapore office AV hardware, printers, network gear and Wi‑Fi access points.
Manage meeting room tech and conferencing platforms for meetings and events.
Anticipate needs and proactively remove barriers to productivity.
Monitor and escalate issues with Gallup's global tech support teams for timely resolution.
Document work accurately in the IT service management system and improve processes.
Provide early-day support for global ticket queue; assist APAC offices as needed.
