Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for Associate Support Engineer (12-Month Contract) in Singapore. The role focuses on troubleshooting Desktop & IT-related issues and delivering post-sales maintenance support to clients.

You will support on-site and remote end-users, perform installations and migrations, document steps, and report to the Team Lead. Diploma in IT and 1–2 years’ IT support experience are preferred; willingness to handle after-hours tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting desktop & IT-related issues.
• Provide post-sales maintenance support to clients.
• Offer on-site and remote end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues (hardware/software/network) on notebooks/desktops and peripherals.
• Perform installations, migrations and troubleshooting on systems.
• Provide in-house helpdesk support via phone/email/remote access support.
• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
• Keep customers informed on support development and progress.
• Report to Team Lead/Manager during support requests.
