Job summary

SHINY PEOPLE HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Roaming IT Engineer to support multiple client locations across Singapore. The role involves traveling to sites, troubleshooting hardware, software and networks, and handling installations, imaging and deployments.

You will participate in IT rollouts and projects, perform cabling and onsite setup, and provide coverage during staff absences. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite IT support, field engineering or desktop support.
• Hands-on hardware, software and network troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with cabling, imaging and onsite installations.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple sites/tasks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence preferred/required.
• Willingness to travel to different client locations.
• Experience with project deployment tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different client sites for IT support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues.
• Handle onsite installations, imaging & deployments.
• Support IT rollouts, upgrades & projects.
• Perform cabling and onsite setup.
• Provide coverage during staff absences.
