Innovern Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our growing team.

You will provide onsite and remote technical support to clients, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of computer systems and networks. The role requires strong troubleshooting, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related field.
1–3 years IT support experience; fresh graduates welcome.
Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Familiar with AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, networking.
Experience with switches, APs, firewalls, NAS, backups.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to travel to client sites; driving licence an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote IT support to end users.
Install, configure, maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online.
Manage user accounts and security using Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Configure network equipment such as switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Install and maintain network cabling and office IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
Deploy new computers and migrate user data.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
Monitor system health, backups, antivirus, and endpoint security.
