The candidate should have an engineering background (ITE/ diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical) and strong communication skills; on-call duties may apply, with potential travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• ITE or diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Background in engineering or semiconductor industry preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve technical issues related to equipment, processes, and software.
• Perform equipment installation and setup — from layout planning to commissioning.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers on-site and remotely.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, parts overhaul, equipment modifications, and repair work.
• Provide technical advice/solution and support to achieve better quality, productivity and cost objectives
• Collaborate with customers to understand and fulfill design concepts and requirements.
• Track engineering changes and ensure all documentation, including machine operation manuals, is updated accordingly.
• Prepare and submit detailed technical issue reports.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call duty roster for urgent support.
