Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Field Engineer in Singapore to install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems at client sites. The role involves ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction while working independently in various locations.

The candidate must have a degree in Engineering in Electronics, strong technical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills. Physical capability to lift heavy loads and valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing maintenance service.
• Able to perform 24/7 stand-by and work out in the field on site.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads and work at height.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission assigned systems at customer sites.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance for system reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Document service reports and maintenance records accurately.
