Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the onsite FM team in Singapore, ensuring delivery of comprehensive facility and property services and alignment with contractual commitments and budgets.

You will oversee M&E systems, vendor contracts, and performance metrics while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the client’s property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in property operations.
• At least 2 years of Facilities Management experience in building operations or property management.
• Strong technical and project management background, with exposure to M&E systems and facilities maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of facilities, including M&E systems, housekeeping, conference rooms, and site upkeep.
• Define technical and commercial terms, develop tender documents for AMCs, and coordinate with procurement to close vendor contracts.
• Track facility expenses, oversee invoice management, and assist with annual maintenance budgets and MIS reports.
• Lead onsite team, conduct performance reviews, train staff and vendors, and maintain regular client communications.
• Update site Emergency Response Plan and conduct routine safety drills and audits.
