Job summary

Compass Events Pte Ltd is seeking an Events Executive (Operations) to join our lean events team in Singapore. This hands-on role focuses on on-site execution with some administration, coordinating AV, staging, logistics and manpower for conferences, exhibitions and corporate events across Southeast Asia.

You will be on-site for setup, rehearsals and event days, with occasional late nights or weekends. Start ASAP, salary SGD 3,000–4,000 per month dependent on experience, located at our office in

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in events, hospitality or operations.
• Hands-on role with some admin, mostly execution.
• Comfortable with occasional late nights or weekends; time-off in lieu provided.

Responsibilities

• Support event planning before, during and after each event.
• Coordinate vendors for AV, staging, logistics and manpower.
• Be on-site for setup, rehearsals and event days.
• Help with teardown, reporting and cost tracking.
