Compass Events Pte Ltd is seeking an Events Executive (Operations) to join our lean events team in Singapore. This hands-on role focuses on on-site execution with some administration, coordinating AV, staging, logistics and manpower for conferences, exhibitions and corporate events across Southeast Asia.

You will be on-site for setup, rehearsals and event days, with occasional late nights or weekends. Start ASAP, salary SGD 3,000–4,000 per month dependent on experience, located at our office in

Events Executive (Operations)

Compass Events is a lean events agency specialising in MICE: conferences, exhibitions and corporate events in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.

We are looking for someone with up to 2 years of experience in events, hospitality or operations who enjoys being on the ground. This is a hands-on role: some admin, mostly execution.

What you will be doing:

• Support event planning before, during and after each event
• Coordinate vendors for AV, staging, logistics and manpower
• Be on-site for setup, rehearsals and event days
• Help with teardown, reporting and cost tracking

This role is for you if

• You have worked in events, hospitality or operations (internships count)
• You are organised, reliable and calm under pressure
• You are comfortable with occasional late nights or weekends. We give time-off in lieu.

We give direct feedback and expect you to ask when you are unsure. You will be trusted with actual work and see how events are built from start to finish.

Details

• Salary: SGD 3,000 - 4,000 per month, depending on experience
• Location: Office.
• Start: as soon as possible, flexible
