Job summary

pepper dreams PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead on-site execution of setups and logistics for diverse events.

You will manage transporting materials, installing structures, and ensuring quality installations across indoor and outdoor environments. As the on-site point of contact, you will coordinate with clients, supervise basic installation tasks, and ensure safety and organization of tools and vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence with a clean record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or public holidays.
• Experience in events setup, carpentry, signage installation, or sticker pasting is advantageous.
• On-the-job training will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute physical setup, teardown, and installation of event structures and equipment.
• Perform precise pasting and installation of graphics and signage indoors and outdoors.
• Serve as on-site contact coordinating with clients during projects to ensure requirements are met.
• Safely transport inventory, equipment, and team to project sites across Singapore.
• Maintain and inspect tools, installation equipment, and vehicles before and after projects.
