Job summary

Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist for on-site, per-event work in Singapore. The role focuses on managing logistics, staffing, and guest experiences at live events hosted in collaboration with corporate partners and nonprofits.

The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore, with a track record of delivering high-quality events and exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and strong presentation skills.
• Based in Singapore, Singapore for local on-site events.
• Experience coordinating complex, large-scale events and smaller executive-level events.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer experiences under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics, shipping materials, and staffing for each event.
• Join planning meetings with partners and host teams ahead of events.
• Be on-site to set up, run, and break down events; ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Act as Visit.org representative, leader, and problem solver on-site.
• Manage check-in and guest welcome; handle on-site issues and escalate when needed.
• Provide updates with photos/videos to Events Team during events.
• Pack and ship materials back to distribution center after events.
