is seeking an Event Management Executive to be the main point of contact for event requests, participate in pre-event discussions with internal stakeholders, and coordinate with diverse teams to deliver unforgettable experiences. You will source suppliers, manage procurement for catering and gifts, handle venue bookings, AV setup, registrations, and on-site operations from planning through post-event reviews, ensuring compliance, quality, and smooth

Qualifications

• Diploma required with 2+ years of relevant experience (advantageous).
• Must be meticulous with details and able to communicate clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for event requests.
• Attend pre-event discussions with internal stakeholders.
• Source, shortlist, and recommend suppliers within budget.
• Support event procurement (catering, gifts, live stations).
• Prepare approvals before arranging purchases.
• Coordinate venue bookings and AV setups.
• Plan event programs and secure necessary approvals.
• Manage RSVP, registrations, and post-event feedback.
