You will oversee on-site management, vendor liaison, budget tracking, and post-event reporting, ensuring brand consistency and client satisfaction across the event lifecycle.

The role involves collaboration with marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional experiences and meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, AV, equipment rental, licenses applications and staffing.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Prepare and manage event timelines, checklists, and operations documents.
