Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Services Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support customers on-site and assist the Head of Marketing.

The role focuses on administrative tasks, maintaining customer offices and equipment, and managing promotional materials. You will also help identify gift items for customers, keep an ample supply of promotional and office materials, and support Corporate Communication in developing promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide administrative support to customers on-site.
• Ability to maintain customer offices and equipment in good condition.
• Experience in maintaining supplies of promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to customers on-site.
• Ensure customer offices and equipment are in acceptable condition.
• Identify, recommend and maintain a supply of gift items for customers.
• Maintain an ample supply of promotional and office materials.
• Assist Corporate Communication in developing promotional materials.
• Carry out other duties as directed by Head of Marketing or Senior Manager of Marketing/Accounts Manager.
