Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD invites applications for a customer service oriented position on-site in Singapore. The role involves directing walk-in customers, verifying appointments, and guiding applicants to the correct offices for sales, resale, or rental transactions.

The candidate will handle standard FAQs, assist with document submission, and perform light troubleshooting of kiosks and office equipment. The contract spans 3 months to 1 year, with Monday to Friday office hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, front-desk, reception or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Able to work on-site and comfortable with standing/walking for extended periods.
• Good computer literacy and basic troubleshooting skills for kiosks, scanners and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in verification of customers appointments.
• Direct persons with walk-in enquiries to the appropriate hotlines, e-feedback form if necessary.
• Direct persons with appointments to the correct office for their transaction (sales, resale, rental, etc.).
• Assist with FAQs like sales launches, loan applications, opening utilities accounts, accessing InfoWEB, and uploading documents.
• Scan and submit documents to the requesting section.
• Assist customers to apply HFE online.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment such as Q-Kiosk malfunction and replacement of Q-ticket rolls.
• Assist customers at the Queue Kiosks if they have issues getting the queue ticket.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
